Payment Methods
We accept a variety of payment options. Customers can choose their preferred mode of order and payment.
1. ORDER AND PAY ONLINE
Shopping is made easier by the ease of order and payment online.
Customers can place an order through our website and also opt to make a payment online by the following options:
PAYPAL
If you already have a PayPal account, please select PayPal as your payment method. You will then be redirected to the PayPal checkout page. Please select the option that says, 'Pay with a PayPal account' and key in your PayPal email address and password as prompted. Once you have logged in and your information has successfully been authenticated, please review all the payment information before clicking on the 'Pay Now' button. Upon successful receipt of your payment notification, we will proceed to process your order and you will be notified of your order status via email.
PAYPAL(CREDIT CARD)
To make online payment via your Visa or MasterCard, please select PayPal as your payment method. Upon submission of your order you will be redirected to the PayPal checkout page. Please select the option that says, 'Pay with my credit or debit card' and key in the required information as prompted. Please check to ensure that all information is corrected before clicking on the 'Pay' button. Upon successful receipt of your payment notification, we will proceed to process your order and you will be notified of your order status via email.
BANK TRANSFER / CASH DEPOSIT / INTERBANK GIRO(IBG) / INSTANT INTERBANK TRANSFER(IBFT)
Customers can also choose to transfer payment to our bank account online. Our bank details will be indicated in your invoice when you place an order online and its also available below:

2. CHEQUE / CASH ON DELIVERY
For the greater convenience of our customers, we also accept cash or cheque payment upon delivery. However, Cash on Delivery only available for Johor Bahru customers.
You can place an order either by email (info@solefitness.my) or text (019 724 5008).
Please indicate clearly the product model number, your details, including your name, residential address, contact number and email.
Our office will call you to schedule a delivery and upon delivery and installation, you can pay cash or make out a cheque to our company.
Please note that we do require deposit of RM1,000.00 for all our cardio equipments.
