Delivery Policy

Who are our logistic partners?

All our goods will be delivered through GD Express Courier(Peninsular Malaysia) and Pos Malaysia/PosLaju for Sabah, Sarawak & W.P Labuan.

What is the delivery lead time for my order(Peninsular Malaysia)?

We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days from the date of your order. On a daily basis, our friendly staff strive to make deliveries happen as fast within 2 working days, so do look out for your item!

What is the delivery lead time for my order(East Malaysia)?

Sending goods to East Malaysia will take some days to deliver.

Pos Malaysia(Sea) - 25 to 35 working days
Pos Malaysia(Air) - 7 to 14 working days
PosLaju - 3 to 4 working days

My order is not here yet. What should i do?

Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. If your items have still not arrived, dont worry. Please allow at least 3 working days for your order to arrive depending on the given estimated delivery time on your product. If you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Malaysia. However, we do ships to various countries depending on the packaging dimensions, shipping cost and other constraints may occur when deliver internationally. Please call us at 019-7245008 if you need shipping related queries.

Do you offer self-collection/on-site pick up services?

No. This service is not available at the moment.

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

If you are unavailable to receive your package when it arrives, our logistics partner(GDEx) will arrange a second delivery by contact the phone number provided in the delivery note.

For East Malaysia, a delivery note will be mailed and you may collect at the nearest Pos Malaysia/PosLaju offices.

Can I schedule the delivery of my order?

We apologize that we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests at the moment, however we are looking towards enhancing our services to serve you better.

Does Sole Fitness deliver the package to my office?

We will deliver your order following the shipping address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.
