Complete with bands and special foot / ankle cuffs & punch / wrist straps this product is perfect for MMA. The padded wrist straps and thumb straps fit comfortably under gloves or over wraps, and the belt is fully padded with a Velcro attachment.

FEATURES:
With no external body attachments, the Python Striker allows you to "train while you play".
The Python Striker provides resistance to the hands and feet, which allows fighters to engage in any type of activity-from shadow boxing to takedowns and other grappling drills, or throwing medicine balls. The Python Striker builds strength and quickness in the hips, arms, and legs.
RESISTANCE BANDS
The Resistance Bands come in 2 colors:
Black - The shorter Band is clipped ot the Wrist Straps.
Orange - The longer Band is clipped to the Ankle Cuffs.
ANKLE CUFFS
The ankle cuffs come with loops that make bare foot training for MMA fighters very comfortable.
BELT HARNESS
The belt is fully padded with a Velcro attachment allowing a tight fit no matter your waist size.
WRIST STRAPS
The wrist straps with thumb straps fit comfortably over wraps or gloves.
